Welcome to LottieEditor X (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by LottieEditor X. Please read the Service carefully before using it. Please read the Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") carefully before using the Service. Once you access or use the Service, it means that you have agreed to abide by the Terms.

1. Service Introduction

LottieEditor X is a browser-based Lottie animation editing tool that allows users to upload .json files for online modification, preview and export. Some of the features may be paid content and are only available to paid users.

2. User Eligibility and Account

• Users must be at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a guardian to use the Service.
• If registering for an account, the User warrants that the information provided is true and accurate.
• Users are fully responsible for their account activities and keep their login credentials safe.

3. Payment and Refunds

• The Service offers free features and paid subscriptions (e.g. Pro version).
• The difference in price and functionality will be clearly displayed before the User makes a purchase.
• After the payment is completed, there is no way to determine whether the User has used the exported features or not, so no refunds are supported without reason, unless otherwise required by law.
• In the event that the service is unavailable due to a technical failure or major service interruption, the User may contact [email protected] to request compensation and a refund.

4. User Content

• The .json files uploaded by the User and their edits remain the property of the User.
• The User agrees not to upload any illegal, infringing, violent, or pornographic content.
